A printable reading/works list! I am new to Mr Dekker’s work and I’d like to see a list of all the books -in order. I got the Circle Trilogy since there is a website dedicated to that series. But I understand there are many more books & series that I might like. If there is such a list on the site and I missed it, please accept my apologies for suggesting it and direct me to it. Thanks!

Can you send me a list of the circle series in order and a list of other Ted Dekker series I might like? THX

  • Dave Marcum says:

Are you aware that our Lord’s name is used as a curse word in the reading of Boneman’s Daughter?? The GD word… Also, the word for a King James donkey is used at least 3 times in a derogatory manner (you know, the “a” word). We stopped listening to and got our money back after the second GD (we weren’t sure if we heard the first one or not). We didn’t even get halfway through the reading…

  • Marie says:

Great books. Working my way through White, although it’s hardly effort…the pages practically turn themselves. The only effort is gluing my eyes open when it gets really late at night…or really early morning! ;) Can’t put it down!

My only question is…when will the circle trilogy be made into movies?? It HAS to be! I mean, what producer wouldn’t make a movie that’s bound to be a hit judging by the full website of fans? Please…???

    God bless you,
    Marie

  • Beth Kidd says:

I agree that the circle series should be made into movies. If done right, they could have just as strong a message as Narnia, if not stronger. They inspire and instill a love for Jesus, and they show you what being a Christian is really about.

  • Mngohol says:

    Obaianuju,
If you want copies of the circle. Get your self into a christian bookshop and purchase them.

  • Megan M. says:

    Ted,
I had a semi-serious, fairly curious question for you and I couldn’t find an email or contact. I’m hoping that I can hear from you to get a better understanding.

I’m a huge fan of yours because I admire the fact that you aren’t afraid to go through the nitty, gritty to get to the truth and this is why I’m curious:

In the email that was just sent out, I saw on that one of your upcoming releases for 2010 is called “Tea With Hezbollah: Sitting at the Enemies’ Table, Our Journey Through the Middle East.” I am a strong Christian who seeks truth and understanding in all facets of life, including when it comes to understanding others. Is that book focused primarily on “the enemy,” on the extremist groups that are a minority in the Middle East? Or are you also justly addressing the majority of the people in the Middle East that seek peace, understanding and denounce extremists as well?

I’ve always loved your work but just by the text, that cover has got me concerned because it sounds like its jumping on the bandwagon that gives all the attention to the extremist minority, and none to the majority that does good for the world. I’m hoping that you can reassure me that that is not the only focus of the book.

    Thank you,
    Megan

  • Finally! A relevant, intelligent post regarding a theme that so much common sense is missing. Thank you for sharing this inventive and intelligent commentary with the world. We definitely need lot of logic like you’ve got shown here. I appreciate it very much :-)

I just finished reading “Burn” and noticed several typos, other than that i found it rather predictable, but enjoyable still. Good book!

  • Baylee says:

I absolutly love Ted’s work. When I pick up one book it takes me about two days to read it, and when I put it down I walk into my room and grab another one. I just finished “Burn” And I absolutly loved it (as with all the other books I’ve read).
    Great job Ted :)

  • I absolutely love Teds books! I have read almost all of them! I have 10 of them sitting in my room right now.

  • Daniel says:

The only book I really ever read is the Bible. I never liked reading much but I will tell you I love Ted Dekkers books. They suck you in fast and keep you until the book is done. Awesome author and Awesome books.

  • Jon says:

Ted’s books are amazing! His words captivate the reader into a rapid-reading, page-turning, frenzy. The story of the Circle Quadrilogy is a compelling, original, story that will leave you thinking. That series is one of the most original stories I have ever read. A new world, new ways of life on Other Earth, and the idea of traveling through time in dreams is an idea I, personnally, have never seen before. The Books powers are an idea I would never even have thought of in my wildest dreams. I have read all of the Circle Series, and I am currently working on the last book of the Lost Books Series, and have Burn on hold at the library. Keep up the good work Mr. Dekker! :)

  • Leann says:

    Ted,
I know that I alot of people tell you how amazing your books are and all that other jazz, but i wanna sincerely tell you how much your writing is appreciated. For about 5 years I was in a really dark place in my life and I had come to hate all man-kind, including myself. I also felt like God had just given up and abandoned ship like everyone else in my life. But I’ve always been a strong believer that everything happens for a reason. Then last year I received the Circle Trilogy for my birthday and it was like the crowbar that was jammed into the steel door of my heart. About a month later I fell into a Bible study (The Bait of Satan) and that was the force that pushed on the crowbar and opened my heart again. But it all started thanks to your writing. You are truly blessed, and I pray that you never lose your true focus. Thank you.

  • SEdwards says:

I have never been much of a reader until someone gave me one of your books a few months ago. The first book was The Blessed Child then I read A Man Called Blessed. I read the second book within a week. I dont buy books very often for the simple fact that I never had time to read and if I did they usually didnt hold my attention very long. A few days ago this lady gave my mom two of your books, Thunder of Heaven and Three. I got busy reading that day and have already finished both. I really like how some of the books talk about GOD and spiritual things. Thanks to your books I have a whole new outlook on reading.

Just finished Green. Wild. Love it. About to start Burn. I have read a lot of Dekker books and intend to read all of them. I’m just a little behind. And sometimes I have to take a Dekker break, because they are so, going at break neck speed, that I have to calm down after about 3 books in a row. They are fun, thrilling and exciting to say the least. Keepem coming.

Hi.. I’m Angela, and I’m a Ted Dekker junkie. I just read the Circle Trilogy plus Chosen in one weekend. Ted, thank you for letting God use you and your creativity. I love God with all my heart, and read my bible alot, but your books have really put a new spin on and help illustrate God’s love for us, Jesus’ longing for His bride, and His desire to woo the lost to Him. God bless.
